Front line customer service sales between client organization, direct passengers and travel agents. Provide high touch luxury experience as well as accurate and professional information to clients and in-house departments.

  • College degree or relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in learning new systems/platforms, including CRM.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite
  • Travel Industry knowledge and customer service experience.
  • Excellent customer relations skills in high-pressure/performance environment.
  • Be sales goal driven to achieve high close ratio.

  • Respond to customer calls and provide information regarding product/destination.
  • Outbound calls to customers to push specific products.
