Stacia Argoudelis has worked in a diverse range of professions, from hospitality to the entertainment industry.  She spent several years overseeing television and film post-production and payroll services while living on the West Coast. A career shift took her back to a field she first worked in as a young girl in her father’s various businesses: the restaurant and hospitality industries. 

Currently Stacia works in education services, with a private tutoring company.  She serves as the area director for a tutoring company that works with youth in both school and home settings.

A graduate of the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, Stacia received her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Studies with a focus on Spanish Language.  Organizational Studies takes its curriculum from a broad range of Psychology, Communications, Sociology and Economics courses to best study the dynamics of an organization, as a whole.

Ms. Argoudelis combines her years spent in management and directorial positions with a formal education that highlights group behavior and the essentials of human resources to create the repertoire from which she writes. 

A lover of travel, Stacia has traveled extensively throughout Europe and Mexico and is fluent in Spanish.

Tara Kelley is the Director of Operations for The Essex Companies going on 6 years.  During her tenure, she has managed and streamlined various work groups including Account Executives, Recruiting teams, Administration and Accounting giving her a well rounded macro view of the industry. 

Prior to stepping into the Staffing and Recruitment industry, Tara successfully managed high volume retail environments.
