How to get started…it’s easy!
- Inform us of the details of the position.
- Essex will advertise, interview, screen, test and present you with candidates to interview.
- If you decide to hire an Essex applicant, the candidate will work through the no fee program.
- Upon completion of the program, the applicant rolls over to your payroll, without any fees to you.
How it works
- The hired applicant will work on The Essex Companies payroll for 65 working days.
- We present the candidate to you at the same rate you would pay the applicant.
- During the probationary 65 working days, the applicant will work at an agreed upon lower rate.
