OUR DIVISIONS

Essex Temporary Services of NY and Essex Temporary Services of NJ Administrative Division provides administrative assistants, clerical personnel, customer service representatives, data entry clerks, executive and personal assistants, office managers, secretaries (legal and non-legal)and word processors.

Cross & Guard, our Accounting/Financial Division provides accountants (entry-level, junior, staff, and senior, public and non-public), accounts payable and receivable personnel, including A/P and A/R supervisors, accounting clerks, accounting managers, assistant bookkeepers, controllers and assistants, billing personnel, CPA’s, credit and collections personnel (including managers), financial analysts, budget analysts, full charge bookkeepers, medical billing, and payroll personnel, including managers.

Counsel Temps, our Legal Division provides attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants. We have an extensive, wide ranging data base that consists of legal professionals in all practice areas that includes banking, construction, corporate, criminal defense, finance, immigration, insurance defense, litigation, matrimonial, personal injury, real estate, regulatory, securities, tax, trusts and estates and intellectual property. Our database includes lawyers from large, medium and small firms, corporate counsel jobs, and public service positions. They range in level of experience from recent law graduates to partner level.
